This voting item contains including TreeViewExtended that is not WPF Compatible in the Silverlight Toolkit.
TreeViewExtended would inherit from the Silverlight TreeView, and will offer additional features based on user feedback.

Couldn't believe the headache and the complete waste of time trying to do such a simple operation as being able to delay dynamic loading. IsExpanded is a complete necessity and was astounded just how lacking in properties/events this control is, so my thumbs up for anything that improves upon this.
