Commented Issue: Cannot see the PhoneTextBox in the toolkit [9357]

I have installed the new toolkit. But I cannot see the PhoneTextBox. I can see all the new controls, but except PhoneTextBox. Please see attached picture.

Is anyone still seeing this issue? If not I'll be closing this down in the next few days.
