Closed Issue: Silverlight for Windows Phone toolkit (Nov 2011 release) ListPicker not working with multiple ListPickers in ScrollViewer [10197]

When you put multiple ListPickers in a ScrollViewer, only the first ListPicker works. The rest of the ListPickers just won't expand.
