Why get these two memoryleaks wich are now known over years not get fixed???

I wanna ask the same question too, why these so series bugs are not fixed for so long?
Discontinue it is fine, but without discontinuing fixing bug, is this you Microsoft do always?
Tell me that, who's responsible for this.
