Closed Issue: Request Blacklight DragDropPanel is added to Toolkit [3967]

There are many developers who appreciate the Blacklight DragDropPanel (http://mightymeaty.members.winisp.net/blacklight.silverlight/), but to add a 400k library for one control is alot of overhead.
Can this please be added to the Silverlight Toolkit ... it should be a minimal size impact for a great gain for all Silverlight developers.
