Closed Issue: LongListSelector scroll flickering when including TextWrapping.Wrap and long text. [9488]

LongListSelector scroll flickering item when including TextWrapping.Wrap and long text after tap and selected item.
Please test attached project.

1. Run LLSTest.
2. Click "Scroll State"
3. Tap the top item(no. 0, not groupheader). Item text color will be red.
4. Scroll down.

This is a ListBox issue, which is part of the runtime. It's been fixed as part of the Windows Phone 8 release.
