<p>It's looking like the toolkit controls do not work correctly inside of a scrollviewer, especially the autocomplete box and listpicker.</p>

This issue was addressed with the fix for http://silverlight.codeplex.com/workitem/9346. If you still see the issue with the latest toolkit please re-open the bug with a simple repro attached.
