Closed Issue: PhoneTextBox - Text color after disabling/re-enabling control [9776]

<p>When using PhoneTextBox, if you disable and then re-enable the control, the text doesn't return to the &quot;normal&quot; color. On the dark theme, the text remains white on a white background.</p>
