I don't know if this issue was already reported.
When I move from one ListBox to the other too fast, it's not working. If I go slowly on the other ListBox, it works just fine. When I go fast, either the line under the ListBoxItem doesn't appear and the item remains under the cursor when I move or it simply doesn't drop.
